About Our Client (Trading Company) & Job Description 

 Our client, one of the Trading companies,is now looking for an Accountant to join their team. The job duties are as follows: 

• Reporting to the Finance Manager
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules
• Monitor cash flow and report weekly cash position
• Assist in preparing consolidated audit report
• Proactively involve financial and managerial accounting and reporting of the Group, including consolidated accounts, financial analysis, forecasting and auditing
• Assist Finance Manger to handle ad-hoc projects
• Assist in implementation of ERP system
• Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation

Requirements 

• University degree in Accountancy or related discipline, attained ACCA or CPA preferred
• 5-8 years of strong Accounting experience
• Familiar with Hong Kong, China & Japan accounting principles and practices and taxing requirement
• Audit exposure in implementing internal controls
• Good Command of English and Mandarin 
• Japanese speaking is an advantage
• Experience in listing company or Japanese company is highly preferred
• Experience in handling J-SOX is highly preferred
