Responsibilities:

• Manage finance and accounting activities including financial reporting, budgets, audit, tax filing, etc.
• Supervise the design and implementation of financial strategies, policies and procedures
• Lead due diligence and feasibility studies on business acquisition
• Contribute in strategic business planning and risk management
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions on funding and compliance
• Liaise with the auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise the teams of accounting staff in Hong Kong and the PRC
• Participate in ad hoc assignments and projects as required

 Requirements:

• A master degree holder of Accounting/Finance or related disciplines, with recognized professional accounting qualifications (HKICPA, ACCA, CFA etc.)
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a senior financial management role in a listed company with extensive PRC exposure, preferably in infrastructure industry
• Experience in merger and acquisition is an advantage
• Strategic thinking and broad business perspectives
• Good knowledge in Listing Rules,  Accounting Standards, Legal and Compliance Requirements
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
• Occasional travel is required
