Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Auditor, you are responsible to minimize risk, improve internal control and ensure the compliance related to the relevant regulations, laws and standards
• Perform internal audit activities, including the execution of testing and documenting the internal controls over financial reporting to meet US SOX compliance efforts, operational audits and special project audits
• Identify control inadequacies and weaknesses in various business processes
• Follow up audit recommendations and ensure remedial actions being implemented in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Relevant professional certification, such as a CPA, CIA, CISA, etc., is a definite advantage
• At least 2-3 years internal auditing or external auditing experience, preferably with SOX compliance
• Experience in manufacturing industry and China experience will be a plus
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Candidate with high caliber, able to work independently under tight schedule, strong analytical and communication skills; and
• Occasionally travel to PRC is required
