Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of accounting
- Handle daily accounting transactions operation, mainly payment reconciliation and checking (AP, AR)
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly schedule
- Willing to learn, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Assist in other ad hoc project assignment as per required
Job Requirements
- LCCI Higher level or equivalent;
- At least 2 years accounting experience;
- Good command in both English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Pivot Table, Vlookup & Word) and Chinese word processing
- Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate available is highly preferred
