Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for daily accounting function including issuing invoices, data input, vouchers
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable with communications with customers and suppliers
• Communicate with oversea offices for proper bookkeeping
• Monthly inter-company reconciliation and bank reconciliation
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports
• Assist in treasury function including monitoring the company’s cashflow and ensuring all banking transactions are put through properly
• Other ad-hoc assignments 

Requirements: 

• 3 years Accounting experience
• Accounting diploma or equivalent
• Organized, Independent, and initiative with good problem-solving skill
• Good team player, able to lead the team to achieve the company’s goal
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Peachtree will be an advantage
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is a must. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Immediate available is preferred
