Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle full sets of book-keeping for management accounts;
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and reports for companies;
- Prepare vouchers, cheques, bank balances, staff claims and intercompany transactions;
- Prepare audit schedule and liaise with external auditor on annual audit; and
- Assist in preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecast, variance analysis and schedules
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in accounting or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in estate management companies or related industry;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in MS Office with knowledge in Xero accounting system an added advantage; and
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
