Job Description
Our client is a boutique real estate developer and investor with a very flat organisation structure and a transparent culture. Due to their latest expansion plan, they are seeking for a Finance Officer to be responsible for their general accounting function, bank and accounts reconciliations as well as preparation of financial and management report.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for full set accounting, accounts consolidation, bank reconciliation, management and financial reporting
- Preparation of accounts schedule and month-end closing
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained from audit and commercial practices
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Eager to learn, flexible, organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
