Job Responsibilities:

• To handle daily accounting works and full set of accounts independently;
• To prepare monthly management reports for the company level as well as departmental performance;
• To perform monthly analysis of shops performance;
• To analysis the project performance as well as products performance;
• To give support to the operations department to prepare the required various management reports which includes inventory and procurement control;
• To assist in setup the reporting system to meet the rapid growth of the Group;
• To perform internal audit when required;
• To accept the rapid changes of the market and to provide immediate financial information to the management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder of the accounting qualification,
• Preferably have minimum 3 years working experience in management / financial accounting;
• Knowledge in retails business is highly preferred but not a must;
• Self initiative, enthusiastic and able to work independently;
• Good communication with all various level of people for both internal and external;
• Comfortable with using PIVOT TABLE, VLOOKUP, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT;
• Less working experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer.
