Job Descriptions:

- Research and understand the strategy, business model, and industry trend; gain insight to pain points and immediate requirements in improving our business performance and risk management;

- Propose systematic analytics report, dashboard and other data solutions to help decision-makers gain deep insight from their business process and data;

- Perform business analytics, improve data quality and monitor business performance;

- Effectively guide and promote communications and cooperation among supply chain departments to ensure the consistent understanding of the requirements;

- Translate data into actionable insights for management team.

- Prepare and deliver business reviews to the senior management team

- Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions

- Other ad-hoc projects/tasks from the manager or management team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above with major on finance, accounting or audit is a must;

- 2-4 work experience with Big Four accounting firms is a must.

- Good command of English for both writing and speaking is a must.

- Soft skills like decent communication are required.

- Incumbent must be highly motivated, creative, of high integrity, and a team player, detail oriented and hard working.

- Be able to work under pressure.
