Responsibility:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and personal support to the chairman and family issues
• Working as a family Personal Assistant, dealing with general management of house work and the boss personal matter. 
• Responsible for the children study and school arrangement
• Arrange the child tutoring and activities. 
• Assist in children school and activities arrangement.
• Daily operation of the domestic helper, driver and professional service is delivered
• Travel arrangements, air ticket, hotel accommodation booking

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
• At least 5 years  Personal and family assistant experience 
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in MS office
