We are looking for a talented Personal Assistant to provide a full range of personal and secretarial support to Director.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of personal assistance and secretarial support to Director in a professional manner;
• Responsible for schedule appointment, manage difference calendars, events follow-up and travel arrangements and ensure everything is running smoothly
• Assist in general corporate matters, reviewing and managing projects, and follow up over HK and PRC
• Coordinate with different parties on personal matters and business operation
• Prepare documents for Management, Annual General and Town-hall Meeting
• Handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Support in house in all corporate matters and assist others as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Journalism/ PR / Legal or related disciplines
• At least 2 years' relevant experience, as Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant
• Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
• Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage a busy workload
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiations skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Video Conferencing
• Immediate available is preferred
