As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will:-

  • Directly report to the Head of Group Human Resources;
  • Manage day-to-day HR operation on employee life-cycle including but not limited to on-boarding, payroll calculation, HRIS update, insurance & pension schemes management, staff movement, exit logistics, etc;
  • Partner with senior management and business stakeholders to gather human resource needs and provide guidance on HR issues including APAC shared service, organizational design and development, strategies for building leadership capability and retention of key talents
  • Provide effective and customer-oriented services and advices to employees and HR counterparts related to the Firm's policies and HR related ordinances;
  • Involved in various HR projects and initiatives to promote our employees’ development and ability to meet business challenges in the marketplace, while driving employees’ wellbeing, which not limited to benefit enhancement, policies review, post-M&A integration etc.
  • Prepare both regular and ad hoc management reports;
  • Ensure initiative are all strictly adhered to both HR & company policies, and promote professionalism throughout the workplace

It would be wonderful if:-

  • Degree holder with around 10 years relevant experiences in handling HR operation/business partnership matters, with at least 5 years in managerial positions
  • Previous working background in financial fields is a big plus
  • Experience in working in shared service environment is also an advantage
  • Sound knowledge in HK and China Labour Ordinance and relevant HR policies and regulations;
  • Detailed-oriented, always with can-do and stretch for betterment attitude, able to work under stressful environment and tight deadline;
  • Fluently communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese and English; and
  • Can report for duties within a short period or immediately available would be highly preferable.
  • Candidates with less experience would be considered a “Manager” grading positions.
