Job Description
Jobs responsibilities:
- Direct report to Head office
- Lead the HR and Administration team for providing full spectrum of HR and administrative services at Factory in Guangdong area
- Perform all-round HR functions including manpower planning, staffing, compensation and benefit administration, training and employee relationship
- Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR and Administration policies and procedures
- Oversee the administrative operations and office support services
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
- Work close with Head Office HR Dept
- Support the development of all business units and lead key projects;
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with good exposure in PRC HR operation of which 3 years at managerial level
- Well versed in PRC labour ordinance
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal, communication and people management skills are essential
- Able to work independently, initiative and energetic
- Be a collaborative & mature team player, responsible, well organized, and high integrity;
- Quick response and fast pace, able to work independently, multi-tasking with a “can-do” working attitude;
