Job Description:
- Perform general reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting guests, handling incoming/outgoing mails, couriers, faxes and parcel deliveries
- Handle procurement orders
- Assist in daily office administrative and clerical work
- Assist in ad hoc assignment as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Form 7 with HKAL results / Form 6 with HKDSE results
- 1 year's relevant working experience
- Pleasant and courteous telephone manner
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
