Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• 5-6 years relevant working experience in tenancy administration
• Previous experience in leasing documentation for commercial property
• Familiar with leasing procedures and tenancy regulations is required
• Self-motivated, team player, dynamics with good communication skills
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese WP
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling commercial leasing procedures of new letting and renewal
• Perform full range of leasing administration duties and preparing related documents
• Handle leasing procedures coordination with tenants and internal departments
• Conduct regular research on leasing market for prime offices and retail premises
