Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls and divert to relevant parties
- Greet guests and visitors in a professional and polite manner
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the office, answer questions and direct requests to appropriate parties
- Arrange fax, email, mailing and courier service
- Responsible for office administration duties including office supplies replenishment, office equipment maintenance, communication with management office etc
- Prepare monthly usage reports (courier cost, telephone bills, expenses)
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- 5-days weeks (Mon-Fri), 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with 3 years experience in receptionist role, experience in handling office administration is an advantage
- Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and courteous
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Good PC knowledge, Excel, Word
