Job Description
(1) Requirements:
- 操流利廣東話,一般英語及普通話
- 熟悉中英文電腦操作 (MS Office, MS Outlook)
- 熟悉中文輸入法 (速成 / 倉頡)
- 良好電話對話及溝通技巧
- 具客戶服務或熱線工作相關經驗者優先考慮
(2) Requirements:
- Degree holder in HRM
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration
- Highly conversant in Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded
- Able to work under pressure and handle multitasks to meet tight deadline
