Job Description

(1) Requirements:

  • 操流利廣東話,一般英語及普通話
  • 熟悉中英文電腦操作 (MS Office, MS Outlook)
  • 熟悉中文輸入法 (速成 / 倉頡)
  • 良好電話對話及溝通技巧
  • 具客戶服務或熱線工作相關經驗者優先考慮

 

(2) Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration
  • Highly conversant in Microsoft applications, i.e. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded
  • Able to work under pressure and handle multitasks to meet tight deadline
