Requirements

• Degree holder of Training & Development, HR Studies or equivalent
• 5-7 years talent development experience in sizable companies
• Solid experience in training delivery and learning program development
• Well-organized, efficient, energetic with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide support on planning, designing and managing training & development programs
• Act as key trainer to develop and deliver quality soft-skills and graduate training programs
• Formulate and execute appropriate training programs to align with business objectives
• Develop and prepare training materials and maintain proper training record in the system
• Prepare annual training & development calendar and assist in monitoring annual budget
• Establish the evaluation and follow-up system to ensure the effectiveness of training programs
