Our client, an International High-Tech Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Retail Field Force (Manpower) Manager – Station in Euro & Asia Pacific / up to 50-100K / Urgent! (#18144)

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for development of manpower management mode and operation system.
• To handle different HR tools to continuously improve a better services skills and quality
• Responsible for developing different type of motivational program (including KPI and standard) and not limited to incentive program
• Create a good bonding organizational atmosphere
• Need to station in Euro / Asia Pacific

Requirements:

• Fluent in English is a must!
• Degree or above is huge advantage
• At least 3 years retail experience in retail human management (Manpower) experience
• IT / mobile-device / computer / technology-related is highly preferred
• Creative, good communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred
