Our businesses cover hotel management, restaurants and bars, property development & investment.  We are now looking for a candidate, who has a passion in these industries and willing to learn, to join as a member of our Executive Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide all-rounded support to Executive Director and Executive Office in both business and personal matters
• Organize and coordinate business/social calendars and travel itineraries
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business matters
• Handle ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (both spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (both spoken and written)
• Willing to travel (incl. Mainland China)
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Junior Assistant to Executive Office
• Immediate available is preferred
