Job Summary

• As a Project Admin (Assistant Administration Officer), you will be a team member in our Retail Experience & Construction Department. Your main duty will be assisting project management, vendor and materials sourcing and other tasks related to branch construction and maintenance. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for departmental project administration and proposal drafting
• Keep track of new market trend in terms of retail experience to maximize offline marketing
• Update branch construction and maintenance project status
• Assist to source vendors and materials for the branch or project needed
• Provide administrative support for the department
• Support other ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements

• Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 2 years+ admin or marketing related working experience
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Chinese typing, Excel, etc)
• Creative, detail-minded, good time management
• Good project management skills
• Fresh graduate is also welcomed

Preferred Qualifications / Experiences

• Experience in Property / Retail or other industries with numerous branches
