(1-year Contract)

Responsibilities :-

• To carry out the retrieve of documents and other tasks relating to a construction project;
• To assist in organizing and presenting the findings;
• To provide administration support and to perform general secretarial duties;
• To perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements :-

• Holder of Diploma or above qualification;
• At least 5 years' experience in clerical and administrative work;
• Good command of both written English and Chinese;
• Good computer application knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and conversant in English and Chinese word processing.
• Familiar with database systems is an advantage
