Responsibilities
- Be responsible for compensation & benefits functions including but not limited to payroll, commission & incentive calculation, MPF, HRIS administration and etc.
- Assist in annual exercise, inclusive of performance appraisal, annual salary review, bonus, taxation, etc.
- Manage and maintain Talent information and movement records in HRIS and compile HR related statistics and reports for management review
- Maintain personnel files and filing system
- Perform ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines
- Mature, self-motivated, independent and hardworking
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Working hours: 10am - 6pm, Mon-Fri
