Job Description

  • Responsible for the daily operations of staff restaurant and sourcing & purchasing of food or non-food items from suppliers
  • Handle daily purchasing order independently
  • Follow up purchase orders and delivery arrangement in order to support daily operations
  • Maintain awareness of potential sources, products and cost saving opportunities
  • Review and implement service guideline/ workflow/ operating procedures to streamline the current operations
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in F&B operations
  • Holder of food hygiene course certificate is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized, punctual, polite and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Administrative Officer
