Job Responsibilities:

• Relieve receptionists in greeting visitors, answering phone calls, arranging parcels and courier service, handling meeting room bookings.
• Provide services support such as facilities and equipment maintenance, supplies and stationery for office and shops.
• Provide clerical support in checking office expenses and payments;
• Prepare correspondence and reports, manage effective filling system.
• Arrange Office Assistance routines and daily tasks.
• Assist in company events and activities.
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• HKDSE or above with 1-2 years' relevant experience or Fresh graduate in Administration / Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Positive work attitude, hardworking and responsible.
• Detailed-oriented and work well in a team.
• Immediate available would be highly preferred.
