Our client:

A leading IT services provider. They are now looking for an Assistant Recruitment Manager. Candidate with strong IT recruitment experience is preferred. Candidate with agency background is welcome.

Your role:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to salary negotiation and offering
• Proactive source right candidate and conduct talent search via various channels, i.e. social media, online job boards, network, referrals and market research
• Compile HR analytical reports on a regular basis for management review

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 5 years’ relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably from IT industry
• Strong critical thinking skill, with high sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
