Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for site workers’ payroll operation, such as payroll calculation, attendance records and MPF administration, etc.
- Ensure timely, accurate and confidential processing on payroll calculation and personal data
- Prepare payroll reports and MPF remittance statements
- Assist in worker enquires related to payroll and MPF contributions
- Provide clerical and administrative support for ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- At least 2 years of solid experience in payroll/ Human Resources area
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Adobe application and Chinese word processing
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently
- Meticulous, detail-oriented with good communications skills
- Work experience in construction industry is highly preferred
- Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
