Responsibilities

• Responsible for site workers’ payroll operation, such as payroll calculation, attendance records and MPF administration, etc.
• Ensure timely, accurate and confidential processing on payroll calculation and personal data
• Prepare payroll reports and MPF remittance statements
• Assist in worker enquires related to payroll and MPF contributions
• Provide clerical and administrative support for ad-hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
• At least 2 years of solid experience in payroll/ Human Resources area
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Adobe application and Chinese word processing
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with good communications skills
• Work experience in construction industry is highly preferred
• Good knowledge in Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
