Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for site workers’ Employment matters, such as, Employment Contracts, Site Entry Permits, Attendance Records, etc.
- Maintain and verify workers’ personal information, ensure the data is accurate and up-to-date in the database in timely
- Leading workers to attend safety training which held by Main-Contractor
- Provide clerical and administrative support for the team such as petty cash handling, office items purchasing etc.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with at least 2 years clerical experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), Adobe application and Chinese word processing
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently
- Meticulous, detail-oriented with good communications skills
- Work experience in construction industry is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge in Employment Ordinance will be an advantage
