Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Team in all aspects of administrative support, such as, documents control, materials handling and submission, procurement and all follow-up procedures, etc.
• Assist Project Manager to handle confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain an organized filing system.
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors and internal parties, ensure the daily operations in a good manner.
• Provide clerical and administrative support for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Business Administration/ Building Studies or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in Construction Industry.
• Work experience in Fitting out is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe application and Chinese word processing.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility with good communications skills.
