Job Description: 

The Junior Account Manager's core duties are to prepare client and market research, assisting sales representative/manager in meetings, taking notes and conduct follow-up calls. 

The right candidate takes pride in providing high-quality work, overdelivering on expectations. 

The executive assistant is capable of completing a variety of other supportive tasks including but not limited to:  

• Conduct market research or client background research

• Arrange internal/external meetings

• Follow up with business deals and trade contract execution

• Input sales report to company's system

A typical day will require managing general office administration and gathering data for routine month-end reports.

Requirements [in order of importance]

Hard Skills

1. Systematic with computer proficiency

2. Action-oriented, prioritize on-time task completion under pressure 

3. English, Cantonese and Mandarin, written and verbal business-level proficiency 

4. Non-degree certificate or above 

Soft Skills

1. Proactive, keen sense of responsibility for work

2. Empathetic, able to see from other perspectives

3. Tardiness, respectful of people’s time
