Our client is a Chinese e-commerce, retail and technology conglomerate is seeking for a Junior Procurement Assistant to support their daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of E2E online procurement process, mainly operation in procurement IT system;
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve their questions, doubts and concerns about procurement system and process in a time manner;
• Handle low-value sourcing projects in a timely manner with guidance from Line Manager;
• Data reporting on a regular basis.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in procurement, business, finance, or related field;
• Fast learning in a very changeable and quick-move environment;
• Patient with sense of customer care, open-minded and willing to pro-actively communicate with others;
• Proficient English language skill, listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• Advanced computer skill, familiar all kinds of MS office software, esp. Excel and Power Point;
