Job Description

• Book keeping and data entry
• Monitor and manage AR, AP, and cash-flow
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules; intercompany and bank reconciliations
• Responsible for the Internal Control system of the Company
• Able to identify and tackle problem that may arise
• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of accounting operation
• Liaison with all bankers, auditors and lawyer
• Inventory check every month in China

Requirement

• F.7 or above
• With min. 1 years' relevant experience. Audit experience is definitely an asset
• Knowledge in PRC Tax & Accounting System
• Energetic, independent, good initiative, systematic and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Process strong analytical mind, management, communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, hands on experience in Excel and of MYOB is an advantage
• Fluent spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with all levels of people tactfully and effectively
