Job description and responsibilities
- 負責相關制度的制定和執行推動
- 負責日常辦公事務管理、辦公物品管理、文書資料管理等
- 負責辦公室會議管理,檔案整理
- 負責整個團隊以及銀行各部門的差旅預訂,做好後勤保障工作
- 協助部門主管完成其他日常行政工作
Job requirements
- 大學本科學歷
- 熟悉行政事務管理
- 5年以上相關金融行業工作經經驗
- 良好的粵話和普通話水平
- 負責,積極主動,能夠獨立工作
