Job Description

A well-known fashion brands. We are now seeking a dynamic and high caliber person for our shared services team to support the business expansion.

 

Responsibilities:

 

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

 

  • Oversee a wide range of administrative functions.
  • Supervising administrative assistant and tea lady.
  • Preparation of office administration budgets review & approve various office expenses whilst manage within budget guidelines.
  • Vendor management on external contracts.
  • Managing and implement office planning initiatives, monitor corresponding construction schedule.
  • Provide secretarial support to CEO and GM such as prepare expense claim and meeting logistic arrangement.
  • Organising logistics for both internal and external events.
  • Budget management including budget forecast and expenses control.

 

SUPPORT TO RETAIL STORES

  • Organize Administrative work between stores and office
  • Support materials supplies to stores.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 6 years administrative experience in managerial level or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sizable MNC company is preferred.
  • Strong supervisory, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
