Our Client is a leading Chinese securities firm, and now they are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Capable to write high quality business memos to top management
·       Assist and upgrade the sales management support of wealth management business, e.g. prepare a high quality of sales management analysis and reports to keep track of sales performance
·       Handle and review sales-related applications to ensure the completeness and legitimacy for Management’s review and approval
·       Assist in monitoring the branch operations to ensure the service standard of the business is in compliance with the guidelines and policies of the Company as well as SFC’s regulatory requirements
·       Strengthen and facilitate effective internal communications between Branches and other Departments (e.g. Credit risk, financial control, Client Services, Operations, IT, Admin, HR, L&C).
·       Perform general secretarial and administrative duties, e.g. organize meetings, etc.

Requirement:

• Strong communication and presentation skills with good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Google documents
• Professional, able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsible, independent and attentive to details with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• 3 years of relevant working experience at a securities firm
