Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general reception duties such as handling calls and answering enquiries
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
- Responsible for office repairs and maintenance
- Assist in sourcing and liaise with vendors
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks if necessary
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administration experiences
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
- Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
