Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Assistant L&D Director
• Identify training needs, design and deliver various training programs to meet company business objectives
• Provide full supports to training schemes such as Customer Services training, Sales training and other tailored training for front line and office staff
• Foster learning culture within the company and nurture the culture of VMV
• Work closely with line managers on strategic projects to build the leadership development platform and leadership pipeline
• Assist in the review and maintenance of learning & development policy & procedures
• Participate in ad hoc assignments assigned by Assistant L&D Director and other top management

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree holder preferably in Human Resources or related disciplines
• With 3 years of work experience in designing and implementing L&D programs
• Proactive, confident and result oriented
• Experience in Medical Aesthetics Field would be an advantage
• Ability to drive changes and achieve results in a fast-pace environment
• Ability to coach, motivate and encourage to drive positive momentum
• With less experience would be considered as L&D Executive
• Immediately available is highly preferred
