Sales Co-ordinator

• Have knowledge of the jewelry industry and the production process 
• Compile monthly stock inventory 
• Cooperate with the factory and follow up
• Liaise with business partners & suppliers for operating issues
• Handle customers' order and invoice
• Coordination with shipping and accounts department 
• Participate in the local Jewellery exhibition 

Assistant

• Providing clerical, administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director for both business and personal matters 
• Handle and maintain proper document management
• Handle travel arrangement such as itineraries, transportation arrangement, hotel booking, expense reimbursement, visa application etc.
• Coordinate with departments, ensure the smooth running of the operation and problem solving
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements 

• F.7 graduates and degree holders will both be considered based on merits
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus) 
• Min. 1 year secretarial or administrative experience 
• Proficiency in using MS Windows, Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing; 
• Outgoing, self-motivated, polite, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently; 
• Experience in jewelry/ diamond field is a great advantage
• Willingness to work in a multi-cultural, English-speaking environment
• Attentive to details and being a good team player and a fast learner
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferable **
