Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all round HR functions including recruitment, C&B, apprasial and succession plans etc.
  • Plan, develop, implement and review HR and Administrative policies, procedures to support the Company’s needs & cope with the overall business strategies
  • Prepare different HR reports required by Group & the government e.g. salary scales, manning guide and turnover rate etc.ipate in staff training and development program
  • Identify and implement employee engagement opportunities and activities
  • Promote and implement Group initiatives and support youth and corporate activitiesS
  • Support and participate in University Career Fair, company visits, sports, recreational and team building activities, CSR events and other cross business units HR and corporate activities.
  • Assist to manage and handle administrative duties
  • Manage other special / ad hoc projects on as-needed basis
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources function
  • Flexible, detail minded with positive attitude and able to communicate with all levels
  • Proficiency in MS applications, ie. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
