Our client, a well-known bank, is looking for a high caliber to join their human resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of all payroll processes including monthly payroll, final payments, ad hoc payments and ORSO/ MPF contributions processing.
• Prepare payroll related and compliance reports.
• Monitor submission of various tax reports and the annual salary tax returns to the Inland Revenue Department.
• Coordinate with mainland and overseas counterparts on payments and tax reporting of secondees.
• Handle system development and enhancement tasks for operational needs and process improvement.

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years' hands-on experience in payroll and salaries tax, preferably gained from the banking/ financial services industry.
• Solid experience in supervising a payroll team.
• Sophisticated knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations.
• Sound computer skills with experience in PeopleSoft an advantage.
• A good team player, logicial, detail-oriented and well organized with good communication skills and risk awareness.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chines
