Job Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial support to a Senior Executive including business/personal appointments, record management, travel arrangement, expense reimbursement, etc.
• Support Senior Executive in organizing external meetings and other logistic arrangement
• Assist in managing Senior Executive’s work/personal calendar
• Coordinate Senior Executive’s personal matters
• Liaise with internal and external parties proactively and independently
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
• A minimal of 2 years relevant experience preferably with an international company  
• Experience in working with senior executives;
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, organized and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
