Job Description
We are looking for a high calibre IT Project Officer for a Major Bank to assist Project Managers to setup and maintain service management framework.
Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop the Business Continuity Plan, procedure manual and guideline
- Perform incident & problem management
- Manage incidents and problems escalation
- Keep check with different project teams in the department to ensure that they follow the standards
Requirements:
- Degree in IT, Business or related disciplines
- ITIL certification is an advantage but not a must
- 2 year+ experience in IT Service Management (e.g. Incident & Problem Management, Vendor Management, Business Continuity Management)
- Strong problem solving skill
- Good communications skills in English and Chinese
