The client is a respected Insurance Group, is now seeking for few new headcounts as Customer Services Officer - Insurance (CS / Customer Care [Non-sales])(21– 48k) to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle general email inquiries and phone calls timely and tactfully
• Provide good customer services to clients face to face – client services
• Perform claims registration and insurance enquiry over the phone             
• Feedback customers’ comments to superior for service improvement   
• Make suggestions for improving customer satisfaction
• Perform ad-hoc task as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Insurance Studies
• At least 1 years working experience in Customer Service, or banking industry
• Financial Planning / Financial Planner / Wealth Management candidates are welcome
• Insurance Agent licensing (IIQE Paper 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5) is a plus  
• Good communication and complaint handling skill with good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
