Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full reception function in a professional manner as required.
- Manage and organise daily schedules, business appointments, Schedule meetings, drafting documents
- Handle incoming e-mail, phone inquiries, meeting room booking
- To serve the walk-in internal customers politely to display professional image
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.
- 5.5 day work
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Good working attitude, polite, pleasant, punctual & patient
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
