We are now hiring for a knowledgable Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our busy Human Resources team

Responsibilities:

• Planning, designing, implementing and administering Compensation & Benefits programmes across the Group
• Ensure continuous delivery of support and efficiency improvement for payroll and employee management services
• Review and develop C&B policies, guidelines and procedures at a Group level
• Handle daily operations, including payroll, MPF, cost allocation, salaries tax and group medical insurance
• Handle C&B projects such as general insurance renewal, salary and bonus review, salary and benefits structure reviews
• Managing work injury and employee relations cases
• Strong stakeholder partnering relationships with managers across our restaurants and supporting departments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years' of Human Resources and Compensation & Benefit experience, ideally within F&B, Retail, or Hospitality industry
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese - other languages are highly beneficial
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Proficient in MS Office programmes, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint; strong capability with HRIS software
• Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or a related discipline
