Job Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase order, coordinate in the delivery of ordered items and follow up
• Check purchase orders with invoices
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Handle general administrative and clerical support, e.g. filing, data entries
• Take ad hoc project as assigned
• Outdoor work may be required

Job Requirements

• F.5 or above with at least 1 year working experience in order processing field
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and with good interpersonal skills
• Hard working and willing to learn
• Working experience in construction field preferred

Working Day: 5 days + Alternate Saturdays

Working Location: Shek Mun, Sha Tin
