Responsibilities

l  Perform all-rounded day to day administrative functions

l  Perform administrative support to Audit and Company Secretarial Departments

l  Manage office operations, including scheduling, website, database, etc.

l  Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

l  Diploma/Associate’s Degree

l  Knowledge in some accounting software is advantageous but not essential

l  Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

l  Well organized and attention to details

l  1 or more years of experience in CPA firms is highly preferred
