Job Responsibilities: 

• To provide and support full spectrum of HR services and duties
• To assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures and practices
• To assist in human resources functions, including recruitment, staff benefit administration, company events and activities
• To handle time-sheet and attendance record
• To maintain an efficient filing system
• To participate in HR projects and initiatives
• To translate business goals and objectives into HR solutions
• To take ownership of responsibilities, meet deliverable and work within guidelines
• To coordinate the placement of adverts, and manage the effective use of search firms
• To track statistics and prepare periodic reports for recruiting activities

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in related disciplines with 3 years relevant HR experience
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Factual, evidence-based thinking, with good attention to detail in information handling and problem-solving
• Responsible, accountable and motivated, able to pursue excellence with minimal supervision
• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Excellent team player and to be HR professional in all situations
• Immediately available would be a definite advantage

*Candidates with less experience shall be considered as Assistant HR Officer
