Duties:

• Input incoming fund / source of funds
• Review swift message received
• Monitor the originator information
• Snag cases handling and float control
• Issuance / received cheque, transaction screening monitoring
• Distribution swift message to marketing and other team
• Prepare monthly report to FCC
• Deposit & withdrawal 24 hours cal deposit
• Input FX blotter and ad hoc FX deal
• Prepare outgoing payment and raise correspondent bank charges
• Perform day end processing and funding position report
• Participate UAT testing
• Prepare official document to client
• Handle enquiries, operational issues and discrepancies raised by dealers, RMs / RBOs and other colleagues

Requirement:

• Associate Degree holder or above
  
• 0-1 years of operation and administration experiences in finance industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Independent, details oriented and able to work under pressure
• able to commit
