Responsibility

• Responsible for general office administration handling

•          Responsible for documents preparation required by clients
•          Carry out administrative duties by collecting project data, sorting, filing and documents support;
•          Liaise with clients and colleagues to fulfill client's order
•          Assist in planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects;

• Liaise with other parties to arrange or manage site access

Requirements

• DSE/ Secondary School Certificate
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.;
• Self-initiative, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Strong passion in learning new technologies and willing to share knowledge with colleagues;
• Good oral and written skills in Cantonese/ Mandarin / English
